You can browse as a visitor, but customer actions require sign-in with a customer account.

My offers appears only for signed-in customers.

Those actions appear only for signed-in sellers.

Why is the action button disabled on a deal?

This usually means one of the following:

  • you are not signed in as a customer
  • the deal is no longer active
  • the auction deadline has passed
  • the deal has already been closed

Why can I not save changes to a deal as a seller?

The edit page requires an active edit lock. If the lock is missing or lost, refresh the page and try again.

Common reasons include:

  • the file is empty
  • the headers do not match the template
  • a row contains invalid values
  • the CSV contains a duplicate lot ID
  • the lot ID already exists in another deal

Why does a direct-buy deal not let me enter my own price?

Direct-buy deals do not accept custom prices. They must be submitted at the listed deal price.
