Why is the action button disabled on a deal?

- you are not signed in as a customer
- the deal is no longer active
- the auction deadline has passed
- the deal has already been closed
Why can I not save changes to a deal as a seller?
Section titled “Why can I not save changes to a deal as a seller?”The edit page requires an active edit lock. If the lock is missing or lost, refresh the page and try again.
Why did my CSV import fail?

- the file is empty
- the headers do not match the template
- a row contains invalid values
- the CSV contains a duplicate
