Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”The Deals Platform is built around a shared deals list and role-specific actions.
Everyone starts from the main Deals page. From there, what you can do depends on whether you are a visitor, a customer, or a seller.
Platform Basics
Section titled “Platform Basics”- The main deals table shows available deal information such as title, lot ID, category, quantity, price, location, whether offers are accepted, and auction end date
- Every deal has a detail page with more information
- Some actions are public, while others require sign-in
- Customers and sellers see different tools and menu links after they sign in
Role Overview
Section titled “Role Overview”Visitor
Section titled “Visitor”- Browse public deals
- Filter and sort the deals list
- Open deal details
- View attached deal files
Customer
Section titled “Customer”- Everything a visitor can do
- Sign in with an available identity provider
- Save favorite deals
- Subscribe to categories for email notifications
- Submit an offer on auction-style deals
- Buy immediately on direct-buy deals
- Track personal offer history in
My Offers
Seller
Section titled “Seller”- View seller-specific deal data such as status, approved customer, and approved price
- Create and edit deals
- Cancel active deals
- Import deals from CSV
- Export deal lists
- Review ranked offers and activity logs
