Track My Offers
Section titled “Track My Offers”Customers can review all submitted offers in My offers.
The My Offers page lists the customer’s submitted prices and current status for each deal.
What the Page Shows
Section titled “What the Page Shows”Each row includes:
- deal title
- lot ID
- category
- quantity
- price per lot
- warehouse location
- whether offers are accepted
- auction end date
- your price
- current status
Offer Statuses
Section titled “Offer Statuses”You may see statuses such as:
Pending for approvalApprovedDeclinedDeclined (Sold)
Useful Ways to Use This Page
Section titled “Useful Ways to Use This Page”- check whether your offer is still pending
- confirm whether you won or lost a deal
- reopen a deal from the table by selecting its title
- move through pages if you have many offers
